Psi Training Log

Hi

I am here to make my first Psi training log.
I will train the following things and keep a log on them and how they go (no particular order);
• Telekinesis on Psi-wheel
• Psi-balls
• Astral Projection
• Locating spiritual guide

I hope to practice some of these this weekend and through the next week.

I'll post some stuff soon.

This morning I tried to do Astral Projection. I imagined that a white sheet was covering me from my toes up to my head. I could feel me legs tingling I think but no where else. I couldn't get to the vibration stage so I am about to go and read up on it some more.

I tried to make a psi-ball before and it sort of worked but there wasn't a lot of energy in it. I think this is because the heating is off in my house and I'm freezing, lol.
I'm going to try moving a psi-wheel soon.

I tried to AP but it didn't really work and turned out to be more of a meditation.
Then I probably spent at least up to 1 hour or 2 today practicing on my psi-wheel. I had a couple of breaks etc.
I think I was able to move it slightly without a glass over it but I'm not sure whether it was heat or wind coming from my hands. Then, I tried it under a glass cup and I couldn't get it to move so I'm pissed off about that, lol.
Any tips?

Okay just before I made a tin foil psi wheel and I saw that the air or heat was moving it. But then I focused on it when it was moving and changed the direction of it and then back again. I'm not sure whether this was a coincidence or what but i am pretty pleased.
