Sorry, since August 12, i haven't got to try APing. I've had some weird dreams, and a precog dream, so, i guess I can't stop dreaming xD. I'll try to get APing, but since school is about to start, it's going to be hard.

Hi Cu,
One of the most confusing aspects of AP is where to start and, once you do get to a certain point, where to go. I am in no way trying to sell something to you, but, if you get the chance, I would very much recommend Robert Bruce's [you]Astral Dynamics[/you] and [you]90 Day Guide to Out-Of-Body Experience[/you]. Both are excellent books and have helped me far beyond anything else I've found. Please consider them.

Thank you for that info! I might go and try to "secretly" buy those books without my parents noticing xD. My parents don't know what psi is, or anything, and i have no intent in telling them so, thanks.

That night was fun. I played on Xbox live most of the time. Nothing much really. I tried APing that night, but i got to the vibration stage, which i don't know where to go to after that, but i tried, almost got seperation, but then my dog woke me up :-(

Sorry for not posting on here in a while. Just have been busy back to school. I think my spirit guide is trying to get me into some form of music/acting/art or something. Oh well, i've tried APing, but i keep on getting held back.

School is a *itch. My teachers are mean, and gave extra home work today. Earlier this morning I noticed again that i could do some pretty strong Aerokinesis. I know I can do it, and I did it!!! No Astral Projection yet, will try tonight.

Ah, i'll try it. I just got done doing the Monroe Institute Focus 10 binaural, and it was tremendous. Go check out my post about it in "Meditation/Trances" It was awesome. Thanks for the help.

It was a normal day. As i said earlier, i did the Monroe Institution thing, and it was awesome. I felt at one, but more at one than normal. It was awesome. Almost APed i think, but i couldn't because the dude was talking -_-

I have started my first Major Project!!!! On the chat, I have made up help scripts. If you want to see a list of them, use your NORMAL FONT COLOUR(the font colour when you first get in) and type !Help . It has a variety of subjects. I hope that they will become a use. Please try it when you get on. Also, anyone willing to help can post in my thread in the General Board, or PM me(perfered to pm me). No AP yet...

My shield is very strong. It lashes at them and sticks to them while draining energy aggressively. Almost any attack is absorbed, or is degraded as much as it can be by my shield, before it hits me, if it gets through. My psi cannons inside my shield instantly attack anyone or anything that tries to scan me without my permission, or attacks me. Works incredibly well.

If I may ask, What are you trying to do?
Astral Projection or Etheric Projection(OBE)?
Etheric Projection is when you project into an almost exact copy of the physical plane, making you able to see your self and other people.
