If I'm going to get serious about training and learning make psi balls, I may as well begin a log to keep myself on track and see how far I've come.

8/13/07: Nothing worth noting today. Too much work to finish before school starts. I won't be able to concentrate on anything else until it's finished.

8/15/07: I had to post this. Nothing too training-related, but still relevant.

It was really crowded on the bus ride home today. So crowded that the driver made us sit 3 to a seat. I had to sit with these two guys, with me next to the window. Our shoulders were touching. Well, a few seconds after we got jammed together I felt this jab of emotional pain. The only way I know to describe it is when something so terrible happens to you that you get so upset and heartbroken that it literally hurts. I could feel that it was comming from the guy next to me. He didn't SEEM upset. He had the ominous scowl that all teenage guys have, but I could feel that there was something wrong, that he was upset about something.

Began training to make psi balls. As I was concentrating, I felt a cold spot (about 1/2 the size of a dime) in my palm. I felt a sort of weak cool breeze make its way around the inside of my hands (I had them cupped together).


QUESTION:
I recall that there is supposed to be a change in temperature, but can it be cold like this was?

8/21/07: I'm pretty sure I made my first psi ball! I was concentrating, as before, and I felt this alternating pushing and pulling on my hands. Woot! I'm going to ask on the "psi ball" board, just to be sure.

NOTE TO SELF: Work on making psi balls while looking at hands (eyes closed last time).

Making psi balls are easier than I imagined. Okay, well not EASY, but definitely not extrmely hard.

Honestly, I haven't practiced much recently, thanks to school work. I make sure my psi is still going by making psi balls every so often, so I don't lose it.
