8/24/07:
Started Log today. Did Some TK exercises with a psiwheel. Found out that if you are having trouble with the psiwheel. Put in a room with lite breeze so it spins and try to hold it still. It is fun. After i got that. I got rid of the breeze and made the psi wheel spin 7 times. Also got successful hydokensis on a few subjects. And Had Idzuna help heal a few headaches becaue i did not meditate before starting.
