Can you explain what you mean more thoroughly? A little bit of grammar and correct punctuation would make this a bit better to understand, at least.
Alright, so, you're saying that you do not think at all? Or is it more that you don't contemplate things?
I would suggest daily meditation, starting with about fifteen minutes; once a day and gradually increasing the time. Doing some self-help will be great for you as well. Try and find some quiet time where you can sit and simply think. Continue to constantly ask yourself questions and answer them, while doing nothing else for as long as possible. During your day, take time to stop several times and be still. Look around you, let everything sink in, and ask yourself what you think about it all. Every detail, if you can. Imprint it into your mind. Then that night, try to recall the images you saw. If you can't, or you think that the matter is more serious, then I suggest seeking medical help. Seeing a therapist first to explain your problem in more detail is what I'd recommend. They can point you in the right direction, and help determine if the problem is mental or physical.

Memory relies on sleep to consolidate. Get more sleep, I would advise at least 7 (preferably 8) hours nightly.
REM cycles (periods of Rapid Eye Movement) are periods when you dream-- and when the brain 'reviews' the day's events. Individuals without REM sleep lack the ability to function properly, and have a notable decrease in memory. Furthermore, ensure that you're getting a decent diet, and not sugar 90% of the time to help gain the nutrients your body needs.
AND FINALLY. If that doesn't help, you ought to see a medical specialist, as Rippy said. There may be a condition that we may/may not know about offhand. I would go into more detail about what I said earlier, but I don't have the time at the moment.
Oh, and she's right about the meditation. It won't fully replace genuine sleep, but it'll certainly help.
Extreme stress will also damage memory capacity. Try to relax a bit.

Yea... Basiclly what they say ^^
Not sure if this should be in General Psionics since the question and the answers had nothing to do with Psionics, so ill just move this to the General Area.
