;D Tonight I finally saw some good movement on the psi wheel. As a bonus my girlfriend happened to see it at the same time, so i couldn't think "must have been my imagination."

Still no movement when covered by a glass, but the time will come.

My progress that I spoke of last post was on an uncovered psiwheel. I've decided to practice more on a covered psiwheel to elimate possible false positives. Psiwheel practice and meditation are going well.

As a side result I feel much more calm and rested through the day.
