(Well, first time for everything I suppose.)
I've been interested and got into Psi a year or two a go, I have been training myself last year on & off, but I thought I should start properly and try again but keep at it, so I thought with the new year round the corner would be a great chance to keep that in mind with a new years resolution, so yep, it means sticking to training every day, so on with my log...

*Feeling Psi for 10 minutes
*Psi Balls for 20 minutes
*Psi Wheel for 30 minutes
I thought I should have a Secret Diary too so I can right this down without anyone knowing, and for the purpose of my progress.

Tuesday 1st January. 08 Psi training started at 8:20pm
[you]Feeling Psi:[/you]
I felt Psi for 15 minutes, I planned 10. I think I did it. I felt some kind of magnetic feeling & felt some kind of bubble, everything outside of me was like air, I think it is definitely something.
[you]Psi Ball:[/you]
On my first psi ball I felt quite a bit of vibrations as well as I made a lot of energy - it feels like a magnetic pull. I think the above method definitely helped. I did this practice for 15 minutes, but I did 20 in the end.
[you]Telekinesis - Psi Wheel:[/you]
I tried lots of methods, but I did it in the end. I used foil for my Psi wheel and moved it without my hands and used the will method, I moved it left and right and as well as I used a little bit of blue tack for weight on the object.
I did this for 55 minutes but I planned on 30.

I sort of used my own method to move the wheel for the practice, I looked at it like in an observant kind of way, and see it and expecting it to move but willing it too. (I hope this works for everyone out there Let me know when you do)
