Ok so I cannot say anything about when I get attacked or what I do... which is good that will cut like half of the things I could talk about off this... lol... and frankly I totally agree that it should not be posted... I would not post it... But just letting you know I read the rules 
So where to start... I guess today is as good as any place.
In my morning meditations I saw a few flashes of a tree on a hill by a mountain range. This is something that I have seen before, but I am not sure what the whole point is of this re-happening image.
I also saw what looked to be a mafia guy almost. Not sure but he had the whole 1920s Italian mafia look to a stereo type level. Heavy set male, black suit white tie fedoras in a smokey room with a pool table.
I really don't see a connection between the two, could be just an image I saw on tv coming back to bite me in my meditations. I don't want to rule it out but eh, it just seems a bit on the odd side.
Energy work....
I have been healing up from a nasty week where everything that can could go wrong has from wisdom tooth issues to just work... so I have been working on keeping the chakras spinning with energy so at least something is still going ok.
I have to admit when I am over tired I have issues doing this. I rather be sleeping or watching TV maybe some youtube so my concentration level is rather low. So I have only done about ten mins of this today I am writing about it and will be going back to work on it after.
Anyways I have to subject myself to push-ups soon... New Year's goals gotta love to hate them... -_-
