Ok so this is where I am going to post my many attempts to succesfully AP. So far i have tried three times. None with a successgully AP. But, that will come with time.
Attempt One
------------------
I read some material on temples, spirit guides, and APing in general. I have always had a facination in the thought that i may be able to leave my body and travel anywhere. I was sitting in my computer chair, room mostly clean, desk rather cluttered, and decided to attempt to AP. I also had windows live messenger open at the time. I started out trying to relax while listening to my usual calming song. As I took some deep breaths I could feel the energy moving to my hands, where it usually gathers. I began to relax. I then visualized the white light spilling from my forehead and covering my body. I could feel myself relaxing more and more. Then I got a message on messenger. That broke my concentration so I powered up my monitor and congratulated myself on at least attempting to AP.
Attempt Two

This time I decided to take more precaution to not be disturbed so i changed my name and message. I then relaxed and attempted again. I didn't get much farther before various things drew me out of concetration. Once again I stopped and congratulated myself.
Attempt Three

I had decided that this time i would take no chances. I layed in my bed, completely away from the computer. I relaxed and entered a state of semi-meditation. I then visualized myself sitting up and walking out of my body. I began to move involuntarily. I then intensified the visualization and the movement stopped. I decided that this was enough for now and opened my eyes and got up.
