Well, you seem to know what you're doing. Good job on getting out. Also, Defying Gravity is a song from a musical called "The Wicked". Pretty good song also.

seraph and bigdognick6-- I've actually be trying for 2 or 3 years before succeeding, mainly these three AP's came because I stopped snubbing visualizations: that's the first projection experience mentioned, just a visualization that took on a life of its own. Second more convincing experience was that I wasn't being so impatient and focused-- the deep meditation that's supposed to initiate sleep paralysis, and the scary shaking vibrations and lights etc, are what I've been doing without success I think because I try to get out too early. In the second AP experience, I had the idea of what I was going to do but I just let it happen. this technique (from a magic site, but that one entry is mostly meditation) also helped along with Jedikaren's how-to... to learn to let go.
