Day one:
No. Just no. I wake up out of trance number one because I heard this "Lets all vote for the dinosaur party!" I laughed, and my trance went bye-bye. Trance number two ended because I tried to enter the astral plane as did number three (I failed, obviously. Todays day three of psi for me, and I only tried because I'm REALLY messed up while trancing as far as I can tell. @self: Focus on the psi, nothing else matters. repeat that mantra, and I MIGHT get a trance that lasts more than 15 minutes!) Number four ended because I scratched my side while I was starting, number five ended because I had been in a trance for about 15 minutes, and I started to feel really really feverish, and my head was pounding. When I came out of the trance, my head wasn't pounding, but I was sweaty. Is that normal?
Any way, eventually, I hope to enter the astral plane from a trance (Thats possible, right?) or just get really good at trancing.

I thought the point of AP meditation was to enter a trance state, but maybe our definitions are different? Anyway, must luck to wish you. 15 minutes sounds pretty good, actually-- some how-to's of APing say it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes, but I'm stuck in a mean of 60 minutes or more so guess longer trances aren't necessarily better...

Hey cam!! Good luck with your training. I always have trouble concentrating; my mind wanders.

Recently, I can't seem to enter a trance or even meditate, becuase I am interrupted by this constant headache. I think its from working with psi to much... but I can't tell.
Either way, its really irritating! I did manage to enter a trance for about three minutes yesterday, but it broke because my arms felt like they ached. GRR!

Have you tried grounding to get rid of all that used up/negative energy? There's an article about it on the main site, you should check it out.

Well, it kinda helps... It just doesn't make me feel better for all that long, if you understand.

Well don't put yourself in a straining position. Have your back straight, whether you be laying on a bed (my favorite) or sitting in a chair. Keep practicing.
