good question!
I believe 100% in it. My approach on it is that whatever good or negative thought or action we have or do comes back to us in some way. The type of reprecussion depends on the type of thought or action.
Thoughts create things-- so if we go around thinking negative thoughts- then these negative thoughts will manifest themselves physicallly in some way-- and will end up "biting us back in the behind" sooner or later.
Same goes for postive thoughts--
And as far as negative or positive actions: If we yell at someone over something, (even if they dont' retaliate) we will get the same treatment right back-- (even years later) by someone else.
If we go out of ourselves in some way to to help someone-- that action will be stored away in the spiritual plane- to come back and reward us later . Not that you should let reward motivate you from doing unselfish things. otherwise, it cancels everything out.

Was trying not to get involved in this, but might as well. Will first say though, that I am still exploring the concept.
They say you do good, have good done to you, can agree with this a lot of times.
It is also said, do bad, and have bad done to you, can also agree with this a lot of times.
One thing that gets me, however, is how a man can do good, and try really hard to do good, only to see others act harshly and mean to him.
Think of Martin Luther King or biblical person who lived 2000 years ago.
I think they call it atonement. One mans suffering for the relief of others.

I see it in two ways... yes there is Karma but there is an old qoute I know well... "Do unto others has you want done unto you." What that is saying is if you want to treat others unfairly and cruel then you better expect the same treatment back... yet if you always act kind towards others, be polite, well mannered and kind, then others will be the same. Now mind you I am not saying this works all the time due to my own past and things that have happened to me though I do see one thing.... when you go out of your way to help someone the feeling you get inside is like WOW that was cool and ya know something screw the reward just doing good was good enough for me. Another saying is if someone does something turn the other cheek... there is no need to be revengeful that breeds feelings of hate and anger and other negtive emotions that not only drain you mentally but phyicial has well.... you wear yourself out with hate and other emotions that are not needed.... that also could lead you to an early death because you worry if other people want revenge for what you frist did in revenge.... Over all I guess what I am trying to say is... be whom you know in your heart you should be and follow upon that.... be all you can be and be true to yourself.

i believe in karma as like attracts like. Its more your mental attitude then anything else i feel, if you feel bad everything is going to seem bad which ll make you react bad whichll make everything worse. I feel perhaps you no them really nice people who do no wrong yet get really bad things happen to them? it could be karma from a previous life? or a life lesson.
