Focus on abilities

I am just curious about the central focus on attainment and application of psychic abilities. On a personal level, what is your goal? [please feel welcome to answer]

I have noticed that a lot of the time the underlying goal or means with gaining many powerful abilities is power. My goal is to be spiritually clear. Spiritual growth ->> subtle bodies open ->> (para)normal abilities awaken. I suppose it might go the other way around for some. But moreso my main inquiry is to what purpose these psychic abilities hold for you on a personal level ?

My goal is power... power for myself and the search of scientific, paranormal and supernatural advancement in our society.

well my goal at first, i suppose was understanding, i heard about auras and by the mention of being able to read peoples emotions and such i was intrigued, and yes i wanted to no how to do that, but it was more curiosity i suppose, not power, to control others or anything, i just wanted to no if it existed, and to do that was to experience it myself.

Now my goal would be control, control of myself and the outside world, but i have more pressing goals ( ap) which are focused on helping others,

I dont know what my goal is...i guess it is understanding, that and wanting to be better than the people who bullied me I guess. not like I was bullied that badly, just at an all boys school you always get bullied, even now when in 17, but i wanted to be better than them, but without violence

Well I would like to learn how to control and learn about my abilities to the most I can. I then would like to use them to make my life and the lives of others easier.

i made a wish to spirit, it went along the lines of " i wish to show humanity the true potential of human being, to the fullest extent". and i dont mind working for it either ^_^

im here for many reasons and some i dont know. for those i do know of i have tryed to develop to suit those needs, hence the mass amount of work on projection i have done, among other things like affecting the physical.

we are all here to live out the leasons we chose befor incarnating, most people dont realise this and waist that life, well not waist just forget i guess.

hi well i think i first wanted to learn because i thought it would be cool. now i would say that i want to better understand myself and the universe and also help people whenever i can.

My goal is knowledge.

I wanna learn all I can about the abilities of humans, and what they do. I'm pretty much researching for a revealing look at the Universe that I'm interested in giving the whole world. I'm pretty sure I can explain how such things exist and work, and just have to type up a lot of stuff. The only issue I'm gonna have is the fact that some people won't accept the truth because experiments haven't been done in laboratories and textbooks haven't been written on the subject.

I have to work on presenting my views of how our thoughts and minds are actually interconnected and have a distinct effect on our surroundings.

My goal is understanding and control. I have always had identity issues. If I understood how my abilities work, maybe I could get to know who I am in the process. My abilties are the closest thing I know to myself, and so I find them as the one link I can get to.
