Spirits

I would like to be able to see spirits more- is there anyway i could develope this? Apart from developing my auric abilities i dont really know how i could learn to see spirits- unless i sensed them then saw them with my minds eye. any suggestions?

Spirits will either let you see them or not. Trust me, I've been begging my spirit guide to let me see her for months and months. The answer is always the same. No.

To see spirit more would mean you have to develop your clairvoyancy, this is a kind of mental vistion that is seen though the 3rd eye into you mental state. To develop your clairvoyancy is quite easy, and in most case's you can develop it thought mediation. More importantly focusing on your 3rd eye, or brow chakra. This is the best way to develop it, Working with your guides is also an important step. This helps you get confirmation on what you are seeing, astral projection will help devolp your sight alot faster too.

There should be plenty of resorces on the internet on 'how' to develop clairvoyancy step by step, but it dose take time so you have to be paicent.

This should be enugh to help you get started, just take your time and have fun . Its important to drink loads of water too, it helps you ground wich is very important not only for our helth but for developing spiritual bodies ^_^

I see spirits all the time and not always when i want to. I feel them around me and their moods.

Be careful. if you want to see the dead, they will see you. Its like a gateway, open the door and it will always be open. I dont mind it and am used to it but i never used to be. now i use spirits around me to help me.

Jus a bit of advice to those who are about to contact spirits. Be careful and assess whether you want this amazing ability and can cope with it.
