I dont really belive in chakra stuff...at least not in india religion sense...but im sure there is 'something' and india religions explain it with chakras. Maybe ill think about it when i find some time and then say my theory...

it was different the last time i did it a few weeks ago, but i did the mditations and now its changed. iv been realy into the third eye meditations (mabey it will help open my third eye) but i dont know why the lower chakras are so low. i do sacral to help in AP (isn't that also called the spleen chakra?)

Woops, I posted this somewhere else, guess I shoulda looked around first, I already took it, my results are:

When I was meditating yesterday, I didn't meditate for my crown, cause the site said unless I had a strong root, it could be dangerous, and I didn't know how strong my root was, so I didn't do it. I'll meditate a while after dishes though.

I thought over active was good. I mean if your chakras are over-active, it simply means, they are very open, wich would grant you better energy control wouldn't it?

sacral, third eye, and throat to be exact.
