I have quite a few spirits in my house and I am trying to talk to them somehow. I can see them but not in detail. It's really hazy to the point I am squinting to get a good view. Anybody capable of helping me learn to communicate better?

Pay close attention to what you receive when you're falling asleep, like right before you go into dreamland. (but take even that with a grain of salt because it could just be useless stuff you're doing yourself). You're extremely more receptive then.

Well my being able to see is growing along with me. As I got older it kinda "matured" and its getting better. By the way, do spirits sleep? I feel this spirit next to me in my bed at night times most of the time and hear her breathing. I am not sure what she wants but I don't mind her resting if thats what she needed ( not sure if spirits even need to rest at night >.< ) Oh and I also see her.

no she is just laying there they dont need sleep.and i you want to communicate with them why dont you google mediumship?or how to communicate with spirits information could be there also.
