I know i should of learn this in church but since i didnt listen them im willing now. I've always thought the soul and the spirit were the same thing but apparently they are not so can someone please tell me what the spirit is?

In the sense of church (catholicisom) its different. But if your talking psionics... most would consider it the same.

we are composed of three things, body, mind (spirit) and soul. only humans have souls.
i heard that when we astral project it is our spirit that leaves the body.
