Okay, I'm just posting this out of curiosity (sorry if it's controversial). What is an Indigo Child/Indigo? I know it is someone with an indigo aura (at least, that's what I've heard).

Anyway, the Indigo child are kind of a new age movement, it's kids, that have indigo auras, that are highly inteligent and that posses psionic abilities, although they don't socialize much and are almost always more in touch with nature than other humans, well it's a really long story, you should check it here

Not exactly I think they may be regular psions, but many times us psions, and I say us because I include myself, can be a little arrogant and have a sense of superiority over the average person.

It's just like the New age term for psion kids, but many of this kids are arrogant and antisocial, because of their parents and society mostly, that made them that way, so I wouldn't call them special psions... That would be a mistake. It's just a new age term, just that.

Sounds a bit like me, I believe that the last time i checked i had an indigo aura. Also i'm antisocial, and i kind of think myself greater than most. Most likely due to the fact that i hang around kids who aren't very smart.

Some times you get predisposed to see the indigo aura... I used to... But now I realize my aura is Electric blue. Not indigo, and that's just the way it is.

Anyway it's just a term... It's not like you're something special. After reading and reading, I've read a lot of criticism. I can say that some people that are predisposed to be on that term confuse arrogance with Indigo children. Not to discourage anyone here. I believe Inidgo children is a good term to capture all those kids but it isn't like a new race or anything, they are just people with certain characteristics... Some of them not so good to tell you the truth...

yeah some people dont even know what the color indigo looks like some say it looks like turquoise and navy blue some say its like violet/purple. and some do consider a race i dont,but it seems a little stupid to me .no reason to even make up a name for people with certain characteristics.

A lot of the indigos arn't children any more, more like adults (it started in the 1960's I think).

I imagine people being jerks and arrogant and citing their aura as a reason why would really irritate people. It's already getting on my nerves. Not to say any names. Like fullmetal or cu...

I really love how you guys apply the term "they are psions." When it really isn't. When I first did my research a while ago on them, there is nothing about them being psions. Psyhiss would be a better term for it.

There are still some Indigos being born. The children being born are Crystal. But I'm the third type, Rainbow.
