You're still not even remotely trying to explain what you mean. Vagueness is not a good thing when you're dealing with metaphysics. If you don't give us specifics, there's no way we're going to be able to help you. That, and if you're not willing to put in some effort to explain what you mean, why should we put in the effort of helping you? ^_^

The only way I learned was from reading fantasy books xD
I just 'went' inside myself through meditation to find that part of myself where my energy was. Afterwards it was just easy to find that 'spot.' Mostly for me it was like trying to fall a ball, made up of myself, my core. A bit of visulization was included too. But it was easier when I formed my 'resolve' for why I used my own energy that I do. I don't know, it's easier to work with energy as far as I am experienced when I have an intention. Some people can draw it from their hands, or like near the 'heart', or near the 'third eye.' I guess it really just depends ^_^
Um, but I think it's better to use the energy around you. Maybe it's easier for me because I can see it and easily channel any form of energy....
But the more you use your personal energy, the stronger it gets.
