i get thaat when im about to go up/down our stairs, even when im around the corner in the hall by the bonus room(i get that "run or die" feeling) i can swear i saw someone in the garage(why i stopped working out)

well, i dont know what it is. but sometimes, i can scare myself like that with my imagination just for the fun of it. like im walking through a dark house and im not scared, then i begin to think "what if something is in here?" and i think of the "monster" catching me and stuff. then i get really scared and run out of the house. lol. i love doing that

i get the sense im being followed when im walking home from school.
also i have the sixth sense to feel someone staring at me, which im sure everyone has. you can feel the eyes on you.

i get this feeling when im alone anywhere like in my bedroom then i feel llike there is some intety behind me i usually figure its my sister trying to scare me so i ignore but when i turn around nothing is there. i feel like some one is behind me just watching everything i do i get a chilling tingly feeling inside.

I know what you mean, when i go in to the the basement...and its not a creepy basement its like a two story house,we have three bed rooms down there...But i always have to run up the stairs,all i can see in my minds eye is skeletons chasing me...and at night i cant leave my room or i feel it standing over my...  it scares me |

O yea I have the same thing happening. I swear I close the closet door and turn the light out, go down stairs, nobody up there, walk up, lights on, door open. I always feel a presence in my hallway, brother's bedroom, and upstairs bathroom. My brother admited to feeling scared about something in his room, but he is 8 years old.  I don't feel it downstairs, so I am calm up, but I feel a presence following me downstairs, even with lights on. But I'm am only 13 years old. There it is again, reading my post..... |

hmmm.... Me too. But i am not scared, it just iritates me. Nothing to be afraid of, maybe spirit or something else.
er.. there were few times i sensed something really powerful, and i could see it's silhuette (once in a hallway, and few times in a dream).

Some people can hear them, smell them, or feel them. Or if you are like me you get the feeling that you are being watched.
