yes every one has a spirit guide and you can find them they list Jedikaren gave above them are couple ways

you have to talk to them just say like sprirt guide i want to speak to you then you meet them and they will give you a name if they wish or somehting to call them by

after meeting them some can contact them threw automatic wrting(write down a question and then wait for a voice/answer to pop in oyur head) or telepathy.
