I have seen this odd looking thing by my bed one night when my light was off (yes, I sleep with a light on just in case of these things 
Laught all you want). It had four wings in an 'x' configuration and a round-cornered rectangular, pear-like body. and it had zebra like markings. Except these were like sideways triangles that were wavy and bent down to the middle.
I have had a friend and my sister that have seen this, but I wasn't sure if it was my spirit guide or just a 'haunter'. It is the second odd thing that I have seen in my life.
The first being a six-winged, reddish-brown squirrel that flew across the road where I live from the tops of one tree to the ground on the other side. It flew to the ground, ran a little then dissappeared once it passed the tree. This one was a goofy. The other, I was scared out of my wits.
I was curious if anyone else has seen this thing.
