Bringing In The Light Energies
Prana Breathing is an excellent way to bring in the Light Energies down through the Crown Chakra.
What is Prana Breathe? It is the ability to open up all the Chakras to receive Light from the Universe.
Start by sitting in a chair with feet flat on the floor. Wiggle the body and the spine so that you arch your back ...Sit up as straight as you can with an arch position of the back.
Take in one long deep breath through the nose. Hold it for 3 to 5 seconds and longer if you can. Release the air intermitantly, slow breaths out of each Chakra point ...think as it is released through all chakra points until the last breath is gone. Do this exercise at least 5 times for beginners and less when you can hold your breath longer.
Advanced Students have 12 to 13 Chakras ...at this point those of you who are advanced, will hold your breaths until you feel light headed and then blow out the air in one big whoosh! You will hold your breath for at least 10 to 15 seconds to get maximum Light!
What is happening is that the Light comes down through the Crown Chakra, then runs down through all the Chakras of the Human Body. When Breathing in a deep long Breath through the Nose, the Light gets captured through the Crown Chakra ...held until a bit is gathered and then dispenced below in all the chakras of the body ...the longer one can hold their breath the more Light is penetrating the Chakras. Right now the Photon belt is sending out amazing amounts of Heightened Light. Super Energized Light!
