Accepting & Letting Go

Part of the Releasing Process is accepting the situation and letting go. This entails processing any and all emotional and mental ties that keep one locked/bonded or engaged in these situations. When we do not let ourselves process or move on, we become stuck in a cycle or pattern of repeating/attracting and/or allowing the same situation to happen. This in turns keeps one frustrated or irritated. Sometimes trying to change the situation so that it fit’s one’s model or how it should be, just keeps promulgating the uneasiness and frustration. The are many things one can choose to do. They can stay in this cycle, of holding on and keeping attachments or letting others pull their strings. Or one can finally be done with that particular lesson(note I did not say the entire lesson) and allow what is, to be and to move on and let go of putting their energy in the situation which keeps them in a seemingly vicious cycle. Once they do this, and find the peace and release(these are key), they’ll find it much easier to take an more objective look at the whole situation and won’t be putting energy into it anymore which causes them the frustration it had done previously. Now one has to be careful here and I want to stress, there is a difference between Accepting and Letting Go and Stuffing the issues at hand. What I mean by Stuffing, is that one does this to dull, nullify or ignore the pain/frustration or uneasiness in their life. What this does only works for the short term and it eventually manifests in other dis-ease or habits in your life. It can affect you emotionally, physically and mentally. When Accepting and letting go you are releasing and peeling back the layer(s) of emotional, mental and cellular work that has accumulated. Now depending on how much releasing you need, you may in fact have done the necessary stuff to Accept and Let Go and clear it, but a similar situation may come up again until everything has been cleared. So if another situation comes up and you are like, this is kind of similar to another situation you Accepted and Let Go, but you find it still triggers you? Then this is a sign of more work to be done and take it as an opportunity to continue your releasing process of Accepting and Letting Go and don’t get initially frustrated that you are doing it all over again. You are not, it’s just the next step in the process of Clearing your Emotional, Mental, Physical and even Etheric bodies. Don’t beat yourself up and don’t feel like you are not progressing. The important thing to do is Love and Accept your self first. It’ll help in the process of Accepting and Letting Go and with the releasing/clearing process of your emotional, physical, mental and etheric bodies.
Love,
Edward
