According to Jedi's article and 2 topics I've been reading very good.
I came to the point that a lot of psions feel for needing their guides or at least want to meet them, that's why I want to help others by making it easier to learn/meet about them.
note: sorry for my grammar x3 pleas edit on mistakes, I've never been so great in that part of English.

What
What is a spirit guide? It's very simple, they help us in out lifes, it will protect you from doing things that are stupid or to early for you. "I tried to gather as much energy I could. The first time I did this, I hadn’t meant to and just about passed out. Calmista blocked the energy connection and saved me."(From JediKarens article) This is one of the main reasons, when we start psionics, and I've had this to, you will get some hunger to gain energy more and more and as fast as possible. This is very dangerous, but the guides prevent us from doing this and "guide"us so we can get stronger, but in a way that we can control it.
Why
Why do we have guides? Well, in fact nobody really knows, some say they are just there and always been to help us. Some say it's like a spirit connected to your soul for always. Nobody knows, but the wonderful thing is that we are given a gift to find that out and spread that to the others.
How
How can I meet my guide? It depends a lot by person, but this is the way I used.
Sit down somewhere or in Indian style and totally relax, more like meditating. If your able to AP try that and let your mind make a field a big field. (If not try to make contact with your mind with your inner spirit) If your on the field, try and look around to see "guides" let's just call them like that. If so you might get a little picture projected in front of your eyes. Now, get back on that field and imagine that same picture on that field, you might not see it very good or just not clear enough just try and contact it anyway, if you get no respond stop and try again the day after, if you do try and speak to it. Getting to know your guide is not something you do in 20 minutes, nope it can take days,weeks,months even though you see a image. they decide when you are ready, only its up to you if you want to meet it.
Two?
You might have read the other topics about spirit guide to, and probably seen something that your able to have 2 guides (not sure which one, please correct me if you know) This is in MOST of the cases, because it's like aura's they keep changing and changing, only this in a way slower speed. For example in your childhood you have a bird, bird stands for freedom and are friendly and hyper.
When you grow you start getting to your puberty time. At that point, it could happen that suddenly your guide changes for another one. NOTE: This doesn't means that the bird guide left you, once it picked you it always keeps some sort of connection, but you might not be able to meet it again, but if you truly wish and have a good contact with your guide then you have a very good chance that it will last with you forever.
Nightmare
when i met Nightmare years passed until i finally was noticing that there was something in me and it wanted to make contact, I always denied it and let it go. Until I stepped in a whole new world or otherwise known as psionics. When I learned about meditation and APing i started to notice things, people behind me i could sense cars coming my way while there was a building before it, those things. My first try in AP was quite successfully, at that part nightmare came toward me, closer and closer. And just like JediKaren, I got a hunger of power to at that point nightmare locked all my energy for like a week, after she slowly was giving energy back this also took days, after she stop and I was boss over my own energy again, this made me see how dangerous this could be.
