OH I get it now It's like making a peaceful base for you In astral world to medetate or do other things It can be anything you like a hut,church,castle or mosque because if you like it and it fits your imagenation you will be more comfortable there to do medetation also it could be placed anywhere and it makes AP easier for you if you already constructed an astral temple you just have to close your eyes and imagine your astral temple and that you are there then you will be there in your astral body is that enough?  ?? |

yeah thanks! I know somebody who has a astral temple, but he didnt know it was an astral temple.

Actually for me, I just kind of...found it. It was already built. What actually happened is I was meditating and I saw myself in an ocean and I saw a light which looked like a sun, so I swam up and saw an island with a fortress on it. So I swam for it and met one of my guides there. I explored the place and ended up checking out all the different rooms.
Another thing ive noticed is that you can tear down and rebuild/remodel the place.

It might be a bit hard because, it is difficult to get a picture of something more complicated than an apple! Telepathy is like abstract in a way.
