sitting in kitchen watching lisa williams saw a dark figure and creeped me out but not evil. Is this spirit guide?

Well, there are 2 possibilities:
1. You imagined it.
2. It was a ghost/spirit/astral being/demon
Or, the other one that probably isn't it is that it was your spirit guide. You probably saw something that YOU wanted to see, not what you accually saw. You may have just imagined it. If you see it more than twice more, then it might be something else than your imagination.

I don't know if it was a spirit guide(I've never met mine) but I've experienced things like that. You sense/hear/see someone walking through the room when you can obviously see there's nobody there. In my experiences, they've been ghosts/spirits. |

ok this is wierd i was trying to go to sleep with my MP3 player on when i heard a big bang so i took them off then it sounded like someting was rubbing our railing on our stairs it was wierd.

if it was not a figure but a shadow that it could be a shadow people(kind of ghost). also often seen in a state of sleep paralysis

Sometimes sleeping with headphones on and mp3 players do things like that. I've had it to where I woke up one morning, an aweful dream about a Hitler-like figure that took over the world, and had it on A-B repeat on the beginning of Whisper, by Evanescence. I thought it came true. So, bangs are usually caused by your music. As for the railing, hmm, I don't know what that can be. Maybe the shape in the dark, maybe just your imagination, or maybe something else. |

but after the bang i turned my MP3 off because it was dying anyways then i heard the railings on our stairs being rubbed and it kept me up but it is getting winter where i live and most things happen it the winter for example my dad was sleeping in the bed with my mom when he woke my mom up nearly CRYING saying that a man was watching them sleep.

I suggest you try to get the spirit/whatever it is to leave. Just the next time you see/hear something happen, politely say, "Please, would you leave my family alone and leave? This is our house, and you do not belong here." It usually does one of these: 1. Makes it mad. 2. Leaves 3. Stays, but does nothing else to bother you. Usually it's number to, but make sure it's polite, not, "Get out of my house NOW!" kind of tone.

TKman, I read your other post too about your sister being scared to sleep in the one room because of a "monster" in the closet.
Be careful if you have ever played an ouija board, or did witchcraft spells, Don't start doing those type of things , and stop if you are because that sometimes can open portals to things. Even though people innocently use the Ouija board as a type of instructive oracle, it was originally based on ancient Dark Witchcraft type spell work and certain entities won't forget that, using it as license to invite themselves in.

Spirits in the houses usually just want to be apart of the house as you are, most of the time they mean no disruptance but if they are on the earth plane its gonna be hard to not notice them. and that might have just been you shadow self. |

I would like to point out that it is a BAD idea to piss some spirits off. It is far better to try to find their problem and help them solve it.
