Is it possible to telepathically communicate with a spirit guide? Because I think I have a spirit guide that has been trying to teach me, but I always thought I was talking to my self.

yup you can, just focus on its and try to call it, if you know its name is easier

Focus on the wanting to speak with it, is a more detailed way of saying what Nightmare said, not to call her out or anything.Then when you feel the presence which can come in an actual feeling, mental or physical.Or you can hear them say hello.Trust what you get.
