Okay. I'm really interested in spirits. So I'm going to ask some questions. If anybody has some articles that I haven't found out, please tell me.
Can you sense spirits? If so, how do you know you've sensed one?
Do you need to do something before you can sense them?
Are they any of these? Dangerous, Creepy, Frightening, Scary, Threatening? Name one or more, and if you have an example, please explain.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of having this skill?
Trying to attract spirits may be fine and dandy, but is there a chance of attracting a demon? If so, what do you do?
Overall, would this skill be helpful in any way towards either yourself or others?

Yes I can.Because you;d get the feeling of them around, you will know when you work with them as often as I.
No, just heighten your awareness, meditation should help.
It depends on the person. You can run into some mischevious ones,evil ones,and ones that like to scare you.Like sometimes your stuff might be misplaced. You will have the phone ring and no one is there then it does it again and again, sometimes things like that.and hearing creeks and bumps in your house.

I found a spirit/demon in my house and my cousin brought it in there. I'm guessing he brought it in there because he is a very negative person and he was sleeping in the room it was bound in.
That spirit scared the hell out of me. When I went upstairs, I kept getting a mental image in my head that something wanted to push me down my stairs. Then when I went into the bathroom, my bathroom door kept rocking back and fourth in a very forceful manner.
I talked to my father, because he's either very skilled or he's mastered spiritualism, explaining to him about this spirit. He told me to run it out of the house by asking it to leave. So, as he was explaining it to me, it started banging on stuff and throwing things around upstairs. I had to cut his lecture short, and get rid of it.
The entire process took 15 minutes. The second I entered the room and started driving it out, the door tried to close, and put me in the door. I had to hold the door open so there could be some light in there. As I kept going, it started shaking the closet door inside of the bedroom, and I felt about four itches on the back of my neck that were quite irritating. I kept asking it to leave and finally the doors stopped shaking, and the itch on my neck was gone.
About 15 or 30 minutes later, I went outside for some fresh air. This woman had fallen, or her husband had beat her up, I'm not sure what happened. All I saw was her on the floor, and she was so hurt she couldn't even speak properly. Her husband was being rude about it, calling her a wuss and telling her to get back into the house. About 30 more minutes, the ambulance came and rushed her off to the emergency room, and her husband was taken to jail.
I kind of feel bad that the spirit attacked that family...and I saw the spirit in this man's eyes. He looked right at me as he was getting hauled off to jail. As I was trying to get back into my house, and it tried following me right back in. I told it to go away, and it scrammed. Scary experience. My first spirit encounter. I think I did it pretty well.
