I would say meditiation, as a general thing, but I'm not sure.
If you have repeated instances of precognition, then hopefully you'd be more... "in tune(?)" with it and everything related, making it easier to bring and sort the real visions from the false ones.
But I'm not 100% on this.

Yeah but meditation's the generic answer that works for almost anything.
You have no idea how many times per day I tell someone that meditating can help. The fact that I have issues when trying to meditate, myself, makes me feel a little.. I dunno.
But since other people have no problem quieting and focusing their mind, it seems to be alright.

Yeah, no offense taken.. but meditation helps most people get in touch with their "inner self."
If it doesn't help you, it doesn't help you, but for most people, it calms them so much and enables them to do, act, think in a way they didn't before.

well I'm one of those people that can't stand being in one place too long but i deal with it but i tryed meditation so many times i just want to know if there is any other way of doing it? Many and many and many. the point of meditation is to quiet inner distractions, to focus your mind on only the task at hand, usually by calming and relaxing the mind. if you cannot understand this much, just look at the standard human ( /me grabs nearby human =p ) most people run around always in a rush, in so much in fact that they don't even realize they are paying too little attention to what they are trying to do. most people don't even really seem to notice the fact that they are distracting themselves. another usage of meditation is basically to think clearly(during the meditation) and I've heard of people trying to include their subconscious mind in the diolog... I dunno if I believe it, but it would be useful if you could. meditation may be for you, it may not. it's too hard to tell from an inner perspective, unless you try it and succeed. oh yeah.. some people do say it develops you inner spirit, and maby it does, but I don't really buy that one, - if it's true great - but I personally don't see it like that you might try to listen to some music and just be there, don't move but instead listen to yourself, your inner dialog, and try not to interrupt yourself, later on you might try something fancier, and maby even learn to completely quiet yourself. I'm ADHD, and not on medication; I don't need it either, just to simply remind myself that my god will not be offended if I actually allow myself to sit down, and pay attention to what's in front of me... I'm the one who put it in front of me, and as such... Don't want to meditate? well, I read some other stuff up, might be helpful to you. www.successconsciousness.com/index_000004.htmpjentoft.com/0meditation.html --- This is just something I found in my dusty bookmarks section... give it a looky-loo, if you want, I gotta head to the store. I found some of it helpful, but incredibly boring. I tried to get and keep a regular schedule, and try it for a month to see if there was a differance... but I ran outta super-glue to keep me in the chair =p oh yeah... and on topic again... there's gotta be something somewhere. Personally, I'd try thinking about some event you want to know about every night before you go to sleep, and then in the morning write down what your dream was about, and what the first things you thought about before being "completely awake" I'm not going to promise that this will help, that's just what _I_ would do. gah... the spellchecker owned me.

I wouldn't say meditate. That only seems to increase the number of precoged events you see and also seems to make the precoged even clearer and more understandable. If you want to learn to control your precognition capabilities then I'd suggest getting familiar with the way you feel whenever you get a preminition and learning to induce one from there. I wrote an article here a while back... I'll look for the link. Here it is.... thepsiworld.proboards37.com/index.cgi?board=othr&action=display&thread=1132975156 I hope that helps. If it doesn't let me know what you saw wrong about the article and/or what you didn't understand.
