I am not positive about my precog but I am almost sure that it works in my dreams. I read that you sould keep a dream diary and my question to you guys is... Do you have a diary and have you ever written down a dream that has come true? Cause I am going to start a dream log tonight and I am hoping that I will catch my dreams atleast once coming true.

Yeah, I have a diary, but only started once i began seeing similarities between my dreams and my real life... but since then, nothing precog related has presented itself.. only symbolic things that tell about my current situations, nothing for/from the future.

I wish I had. I don't remember my dreams that are of the future. Sometimes just the way the symbolism of the dreams go, can mean so much about the future.

I can't remember the precog dreams until 5-10 seconds before they happen, for instance, I was at this party, then I knew I had been there before, and for 10 seconds I knew exactly what was going to happen, after that all went back to normal, the only precogs I can remember are the ones I've had awake lately. The few dreams I can remember are drawn in a secret notebook I keep for myself.

It is the same thing with me. I usually remember them right before they happen and few hours before it i start to have feeling connected to it.

Yeah; I really think that's how it works with precog dreams, but well, that's for us, maybe someone has a way to remember their dreams always, the thing is to know when they are precogs and when they are plain dreams...

Sometimes I can remember and sometimes I don't. The way I see it is if the precog needs to be prepared for. Then I will remember it. So I write it down. If it doesn't need to be prepared for, then I will remember a few moments before the event. Then it just comes to what dreams are precog and what are not. I am not too good at that.

i have my psionics journal. it's a general knowledge book. i loan it to my friends who are interested in learning this stuff.
Dreams, techniques, experiments, even a small psionics terms section (in the dead section. about 1/4th of it smugged badly)
