Okay first of all.
I am only 16 and i have been practicing using Precognition as part of my daily life. i dont know if this research will help you.
But based on my experience, this is what i do.
Precognition is the ability to see/know/dream of the future events (as stated on JediKaren's articles ). So it does carry many forms. the question always comes about with ..
"d@mn, i knew that wud happen.. "
or
"d@mn, i knew you wud say that .. "
is this just intuition ?
everyone has that.
how to prove its a precognitive ability?
first.
many articles i've read so far did not mention on Deja Vus.
as they believe it has nothing to do with psychic.
true? wrong.
ive researched on DeJa Vecu ( another term for deja vu )
and it does have to do with parapsychology .. namely
Precognition.
deja vu has always been the living proof on existence of your own precognitive ability.
not convincing ?

what happens if it just keeps on happening many times?
coincidences?
okay.
i dont know how many of you have this.
long - term prediction HELPS alot.
i have one experience where i was working in a shop.
and its like, i feel as though im gonna meet someone familiar.
and that person is my teacher in school.
but i told myself .. "no way, wont happen."
few weeks later, i saw her. my teacher.
imagine the huge amount of deja vu feelings ..
its like .. "OMG, it was a prediction after all."
get it so far?
now why would this help you? to sustain or heighten your level of precognition?
yup.
its the belief.
the more you feel that its convincing enough you have this gift,
it will keep on telling you the future.
of coz, it will still happen either randomly .. or unknowingly.
want to control it ?
here's what i did.
i take an object. or just do meditation.
but feel the psychic awareness.
the psi energy of the object.
close your eyes.
feel it ..
its there.
you see it ?
concentrate.
you didnt see it, didnt you ?
why ?
because precognition cannot be really control.
and why is that ?
the future is not an open door.. its a flow.
a flow of time.
what you will only see is a flow.
if you are strong enough,
you can see "hints" .. or "small lights"
that metaphorically speak of the upcoming obstacles.
the future has its door closed.
it will tell you when it tells you.
precognition is an ability where still research hasnt really got answers yet.
but its a natural psychic ability .. allowing us to know or see the upcoming events.
its like, its there .. in you. its just not that powerful enough
but it has its reasons.
so yupp. hope this helps you.
