I would consider it to be a form of precognition. I get it all the time also. I wish it was about more important things though.

It could be if you really want it to be. everybody gets it. (I rarely get it, but I still get it!) but yea Deja Vu is usually unimportant.

Deja vu tends to be an after-effect of either a similar situation/moment or precognition... From what I know, usually dreams or 'visions'. Dreams I've had on occasion, visions I don't know about.
If it's persistent, then you might be unconsciously sensing events without realizing it enough to interpret them.

could Deja Vu be a sign of a parallel you in a parallel universe that did the same thing you did but a little bit earlier because thats what i believe it might be And You base this on what? I get it all the time. I dream something and it happens. I can't tell the difference between normal dreams and those ones that happen so theres not much I can do about it.

Deja vu

Well scientific aproach is that deja vu is infact small epilectic atack. Brain already recieves all the information of the curent event, but it recieves too much of them and stores them into temporary memory and then recieving them again. After recieving them two times we have feeling that we already saw what happens. But... What about Deja vu that last little longer than few seconds? I had one that lasted few minutes, i knew exactly what to do and what will happen, it just came to me. If that theory is correct i would now be brain demaged, right?

Technically in a scientific way, when we perform psi, we give off those specific brainwave patterns. Those patterns are unique because they are natural brainwaves in babies under 3 or 4. So it may seem like an epilectic attack because there appears to be a brainwave that distorts the others in some form when in fact it is a brainwave that is completely natural, and so we do not get brain damage. That would be my conclusion.

DeJa Vu is nothing special, it is a memory lapse of your brain thinking this happened before. Its a collision of Short Term and Long Term memory.
If you have a DeJa Vu and know what happens next, it is not DeJa Vu and is most likley Precog.

i agree with mr. experiment. Short term memory is used when brain operates normally, and important informations are stored in long term memory. So, our brain stores something in long term memory without notification, and than we recieve another information that is indentical to the one we already have. That is precognition, but lost, forgotten or jjust recieved so we expirience it ascDeja vu.

Thank you Zbuki.
DeJa Vu is also known to ruin some peoples lives, they suffer from Chronic DeJa Vu makign them have it several times an hour. They feel like they have done everything before, watched the Tv, Read the news etc they dont do it anymore because they felt like theyve done it and this is what would be like if you could actually see in the future, not just thinking you did you would take the exitement and unexpectedness out of life.
