There can be many reasons for Deja Vu. It can can be from dreams, if you believe in reincarnation it can come from that, it can come from being there in the past or something similar in your past.
It could be a sign of precog, but...mh, it could be a bit important. If you can remember what trigger the Deja Vu, whether dream or something, then it could be a sign of precog.

I get Deja Vu to much latel. =(
I remember about 3 years ago I'd not even know what it felt like, and now it can be somewhat annoying....
