Do you guys have most of your pre-cog visions/dreams when you are asleep or awake? I'm just curious. Most of mine are as I'm just starting to wake up or fall asleep, though I have had some while I'm awake. Once I even had one in the midst of physical activity! that one was really strange.

Hi Periwinkle- I would have to say both-but the stronger or more vivid ones when awake definiteley & in an aware state(but not always-sometimes come to me while in the midst of daydreams). This could be because I still have a problem with dream recall clarity sometimes & tend to only remember fragments. Sometimes I will be still drowsy & slowly waking up- & just one word or a phrase will be really strong & vivid-& this may be all I have memory of-so can be difficult to figure out what the meaning was exactly. Yeah, its much easier to remember them clearly while you're awake. The ones I have while I'm sleeping (or at least that I remember) tend to jar me awake, but they are usually a little more blurred or fuzzy when I try to remember them.

One good way of remembering your dreams if they`re not being consciously recalled easily-is to work back in the dream/vision-upon waking. Also, try not to move at all as you wake & while you`re trying to recall all the details. You start with the first thing that you can remember-which could most likely be one of the last things that happened in the dream/vision(but not necessarliy)-then work backwards through the dream, detail by detail ,till you can rebuild it from finish to start. Sometimes works for me. Taking fish oil supplements(omega 3 fatty acids) every day really helps to keep memory recall strong as well... Lola

most of mine are visions while awake kinda like the dead zone except it doesn't seem to be triggered ay touching things. but i usually see the event happen in a vision. it's difficult to actually trigger the visions while awake they are usually just random but easier to trigger one for a dream. i just have to know i want it and just keep the idea in my head and the rest is automatic.
but i have had precognitive dreams like most people.

I have mostly precogs while sleeping, in my dreams. I've had maybe few time happens to have precog. awake. And visions in my dreams are mostly few weeks or even months before they happen, and those i had while awake i can't remember exactly beacose it was long ago, but they were close future (mater of day or two). I have more of them lately- I sow that somebody will demage my car, i will fail exam, will be injured etc... And I had precog that dog will attack me, but it didn't happen yet, and i will try to avoid it.

I usually have precogs while just waking up in the early morning.
I can remember all my dreams and procogs mainly because when I have my precogs It's just when my body is about to wake up.

I have most of mine awake. I have this werid way of doing so but, It's like if I analyze a situation I can forsee what will or can happen.
Besides that, I have had only a few while asleep like this one about my friends talking in the hall and then the next day, there I was, like in my dream, walking around a corner seeing my friends talking.

I have most of my precognition visions while I'm awake. It hasn't happened in a while, but usually I can see through my mines eye someone doing something. It's typically in color, but ocassionally it isn't, also I can hear sound in my head. When I was younger I used to have them in dreams, but later on it progressed to only when I'm awake.

I cant tell whether I'm asleep or awake or what. 'Cause I'll like live the event and then like a while later I relive it, then i realise the first time I lived it, it was a vision. I dont know what's going on while I'm having the vision.
