Ok, I'm a little confused here, so a Precognition is where you get a vision right? But has intuitions got anything to do with this ability or does it mean the same thing? Coz intuitions is where you just know something is going to happen so does this have anything to do with Precognitions??

All psychic abilities are interconnected to intuition.And precognition is very connected to intuition.

As moe said, the inution is the base of all psychic abilities. Its like intuition is the mother and the babies are the other psychic abilities.

Sometimes I have precognition where I see an event happening but most of the time I feel it in my gut that something is going to happen and to which people in a certain time period. is that psi or serious intution?

Well, it could be both, but usually that's considered Precognition Jupen, in it's most basic form, without a vision or an audio, just a feeling, I wrote a little about that in my article which can be found on the main section, there it explains what I believe should be useful to you, it's meant for begginers, so once you're done with it, I suggest reading XPWarrior3 article.  |

Precognition is the ability to sense/dream/feel the future just like Jedikaren mentioned in her articles.
It comes in different forms but what matters is that you are able to penetrate into time and space,
doesn't matter how strong you are, and look into the future.
this "penetration" comes in different forms and experienced in many ways,
like you're bathing, and suddenly you think about a song in your head and
you started humming it.
the next thing you know, you switched on the radio, and
the song you were thinking earlier is being played.
THAT, and all other incidents are forms and evidences of your precognitive ability.
some people can get visions, or dreams about the future.
THATS precognition.
intuition is more a human, psychological matter of the mind.
but precognition or clairvoyance allows to enhance our intuition..
enhance whatever you believed in.
enhance your inner and outer perception, as though you feel everything around you is predictable.
the only way to test the differences is by the experiences.
for precognition, the experience is more harder to explain as it is as complicated as..
"i had a dream about a plane crash yesterday.. and it just happened awhile ago."
its pretty confusing.
but you will realised the differences.
