I seem to have a 2 second precog i don't know exactly what is going to happen but i react to stuff a lot before it happens. How would you improve on that to get a better precog time and a better idea of whats coming.

You might try predicting little stuff like what people will say, when the light will turn, what the weather will be.

I would suggest you to read the article Recognizing and Inducing, it's pretty good and gives enough info, I suck at explaining that, I kind of just take it for granted... Xpwarrior is way more experimented.

Yes, that happens to me all the time. It's just the little stuff though. I usually know what today's quiz will be about, what the homework will be about, and stuff like that. But not all the time.
