Deja Vu -> Precogition?

I have serious deja vu like, all the time. It's seriously annoying at times because it's like I'm stuck 30 seconds forwards from everyone else. Is there any way to control it, and maybe improve it so I can see past 30 seconds?

You get used to it, there was a week where I knew in advance what people were going to say, but it wore off... I guess the more calmed and relaxed you are, you get more precogs, and when you're stressed and have your mind all over the place you have fewer precogs, so maybe like do more things, or read, or keep your mind busy so it doesn't have the energy to do it all the time...

relaxation yeah, maybe thats why kids are better not alot of stress

I've been having them for a long time, about 3 years maybe? I'm not sure now, about that, anyway. I'm used to it, but it can get annoying at times especially when I seem to be stuck in deja vu for like a day straight, and I'd love to know how to keep it under control and shut it off effectively when I want to.

I cant think of a day when I havent had deja vu. It really freaks people out (including myself for some strange reason...), because I end up finishing their sentences. Its pretty annoying, but you get used to it. It'd be nice to push it father sometimes though.

Sometimes Deja Vu happens because a place seems familar, or something someone says is familar, maybe it is precog, maybe something similar has happened before, or maybe you've been to that place before, possibly in reincarnation if you believe it. Who knows? Trust your instincts.

What's also interesting is that your brain does record a lot of things throughout your life, and expects them to play back the way they played back before. For example, every step you take, you expect to step on firm ground. The next time you walk into the door of your house, you expect to reach for the doorknob, at such and such a position on the door, with X many windows on the door, with such and such a kind of doorknob, and turn it in such a way, open the door, and walk in. Now, if right now I have a team of men at your door moving your doorknob 5 inches to the left, then the next time you try and walk in your door, you'll reach for the knob and notice something is different.

Muscle memory that is... and yeah it's pretty amazing... I read somewhere that you need to do it really frecuently for it to be engraved on you mind...

you'll get used to it. if its a precog, it shud have long term precognition too. take note of what kind of precog ability you are having .. not everyone has the same type of precog experience. =)

i also tried a sort of it but so powerful when i sit down and relax and focus on the future and tell myself ''let me see the future what is going to happend about some days ? tell me please'' sounds a bit silly but when about 2 weeks i get a really Strong Deja Vu even trough i didnt see anything but it always happend after 2 weeks after i am doing this ? '0.0' its only some 40 sec or something where everything is Totally right i just know whats going on around me ;D
