ok so i was playing Wii Sports and doing my fitness test (for those of you who dont know there is a test you can take with three actvities that tells you your fitness age) as i started (before i pushed the button to start) i got this feeling (like psi was freely flowing, common feeling when relaxed i know) and a strong surge came over my mind saying that i was going to get a boxing and a baseball (it also said which ones but i dont want to get into detail there) anyways when i started i got the baseball i had "predicted" and the boxing i had "predicted". i put the work predicted in quotes because i did nothing to bring it on. it just happened.

Congrats, sounds like a good small precog, although sometimes it's just intuition, so you have to be careful to distinguish one from another. Check some articles. But considering what you said I think you did had a precog.

How is intuition different from precog? I have had lots of times my intuition has warned me against things. When I didn't listen to it I usually regretted it even though it didn't always specifically tell me what was going to happen.

When I didn't listen to it I usually regretted it even though it didn't always specifically tell me what was going to happen. Intuition is different from a precog, because Intuition includes guessing some times, You don't know why, but you feel like something was going to happen. In Precognition you have previous knowledge, you know something is going to happen. They are sometimes used as synonims but there are subtle differences, besides, an intuition can be wrong, because again it includes guessing, while a precognition is right, or either wants you to change something, and if you didn't change that it would happen like you knew it would happen. So while intuition leaves room for mistake Precog doesn't(unless you changed it, in case it wasn't a mistake because it would have happened without intervention). I hope that is clear enough.

This could be a precog. or just your intuitive voice(inner voice). It is one of the two and don't put the words in quotations because for precognition most people do not do anything to cause it.
