Sometimes when I wake up from my dreams, usually ones where I get hurt or something, I'll wake up with a scratch or a bruise in the area where I get hurt in my dream...
Example is a few days ago I dreamed about (it's silly) a ninja throwing kunai at me, and only skinning my left shoulder a bit. I then proceeded to clean it off in my dream. When I woke up, there were scratches at the same area.
I was wondering if this is normal for psionics, or people who might have "natural talent?" I haven't heard of anybody else who had this happen to them. Also, I only actually started research about this yesterday night, so I haven't really practiced any psionic trainings.
Finally, sometimes when I get up (not only after sleeping), I feel a bit lightheaded, but it only happens every once in a while. People tell me it's because I'm hungry, but it even happens after I'm finished eating. Sorry if I posted this last part in the wrong area.
