since telepathy is "viewing" eachothers thoughts. could you and someone else comunacate wile dreaming? like have the same dream in realtime via telepathy?

Yes, you can actually go into their dream also. It is referred to as dream walking.

Just to add, could it be possible if someone is using lucid dreams to AP to walk into he/shes dream and use his/her AP to AP yourself?

Well couple of days when my friend stay a night we both had the same dream we asked are bodys to do it and we did we faild a sleep with a link attach
