I just got to thinking a few nights ago after a really strange dream, "What if some day there will be certain Psions that suddenly gained the ability to flare everything they make, for long periods of time?"
What brought this up was the dream I had. What the dream was about was that I was a regular Psion like I am in real life, but I was on some kind of quest to find some kind of object.
Anyway, as the "quest" progressed, I was gaining new abilities such as TK, AP, and many others.
Then I came along the "boss" I guess you could call it. I had to Psionically defeat him to get the object. I somehow managed to do this, and when I picked up the object, it melted in my hand, burning my skin. Then using one of my learned skills, I teleported myself across the broken bridge I had passed earlier.
Then the dream skipped to somewhere else, but with the same storyline. I was on a new quest, and suddenly it started "raining" icy rocks or something...
Anyway, I created a flaming shield around myself, and for some reason it became visible. I was like "Sweet, a visible shield!" So I survived that, then went on to the boss again. I needed some type of weapon. I created a psi-sword in my hand, but as I created it, it too became visible. I was again like "Sweet, visible psi!" So I killed him, then the dream ended. 
Anyway, my point is that in the dream, I created an actual solid, material object out of psi (the sword). So what I was pondering was that perhaps some day certain Psions will somehow become super-advanced and be able to create physical objects from non-physical material. Such as candy, a paintball gun, a frisbee, etc. The list could go on.
