OK I don't know if I've got my facts straight or whether this is in the right place or even interesting but here I go . So if I understand correctly, when you sleep, you (well I should say "your consciousness" maybe) go off astral projecting with your astral body while some other part of your 'energy body' stays in your physical body and accumulates more energy... And your astral body on some astral plane is letting your subconscious self deal with your conscious self by using your Astral body as a puppet to act some (more or less) cryptic stuff out. So I was thinking if for some reason your astral body is stuck in your physical body throughout sleep, is it possible that you would be using your physical body as a puppet? I mean I get pretty bad sleep walking episodes (broke a bone once, repeatedly attacked people, had a few physical - all the way to punches- fights with myself or even went for a walk in a town I didn't know and found my way back,...), and this tends to happen after either emotional stress/anxiety or drugs (Alcohol, too much caffeine, too many smokes, anything really). So could it be that those environmental factors are somehow locking the astral body within the physical one and causing sleep walk? OK I think I'll stop here, sorry for the long(?) and slightly cryptic maybe post . Well I'd like to know what you think about this and your own experience about sleep walking.

I don't know the answer to your question, sorry about that but when i was young i would sleep walk all the time. I never left my house or anything(not that im aware of ) but my parents did tell me i would walk all of the house with my eyes open and everything creeps me out now that i think about it. I'm surprised i did not do something like fall down the steps. Well sorry if that was off topic but i just thought i would share my sleep walking experiences.

Well, you do indeed seem to have a sleep walking problem. Have you tried to talk to a doctor about these episodes? I do think something like that would help.

Thats interesting Orpheus the whole concept that you wrote...
my mom said she used to sleep walk and that she would go into the kitchen looking for things lol
i think that Maybe people are unconcious and theyre astral cannot tell from the reality (dream/awake) so it just acts like a dream or something i dunno lol
