ever since i have been practicing making psi balls i have noticed that i can some what controle my dreams . also my dreams are no longer about strange unreal things ... they are usualy about real people in my life and enviroments i have experinced. is this normal ? and does being able to controle your dreams help you in anyway or is it just a cool way to play with your subconcious mind ?

its called lucid dreaming if you can control your dreams.tried levitating or something else(other cool nifty stuff)? you can try that next time  anyway i yust have a few of those dreams to but i am not really trying so. edit: some more information out the top of my head. Lucid dreaming is when you become aware/know that you are dreaming you have different techs for getting lucid dreams.you can do stuff like try to levitate.or change the dream scenario well the possibilities are endless its yust in your mind |

It seems every night I know that I am dreaming, because things in my dreams don't match up to what can happen in reality. But, sometimes i don't. The hard thing is for me waking up from a bad dream, when i know i'm dreaming. I don't know why, but i can't. I just need to work on that part.

what exactaly do you mean by levitating ? like levitating in real life or just in the dream ?

no in your dream  if you become aware of your dream you can almost do anything in your dream =) you have countless possibilities to do i yust named levitating as one of the examples |

That's awesome, i can't do diddly squat in my dreams. I usually find out about 20 min into my dream that i'm dreaming, and just flow with it. I don't know why, though. I know that i can change it if i want, but for some reason i don't. If only.... xD

so umm im new but lucid dreaming has something to do with psionics?
for a long time iv been in really good control of my dreams (extremely good i think)
iv flown around, umm destroyed the earth, shot energy blasts lol, mind controlled a girl to like me (in the dream(im regretting this now feels so wrong))
yeh umm i have a tendencie to just wipe my dream out into nothing but white space and then recreat it myself lol caling on big monsters to fight or maybe a cuddly moment with a girl (feels wrong)
anyway lets see make objects out of thin air umm... i dont know lots of stuff ever since a long time ago...
oh umm also the best is "feeling" things like how do i say this umm controling what you feel such as a calm relaxed state while foating in white space yeh feelings and such (the monster's teeth hurt though lol look at above)
well i guess ill have to see what this counts as huh lol

ooh i think i know what my dream sign usually is its a feeling of kind of a burning auora(this count)
in all my dreams i feel this kid like what you would think these DBZ characters would feel lol it will also appear as something lie white flame
