I don't know if I have a sleep disorder or something but does anyone have tips on how to fall asleep. I know it sounds silly but its 1:30 (not that late) but I know I won't be able to fall alseep till atleast 5. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try meditating, it should get you more relaxed. If you cant get to sleep try moving or somthing. Try to use alot of energy so you would get more tired.
If it doesn't work it does not mean you have a sleeping disorder, or that there is somthing on your mind that is stopping you from getting to sleep.

You also might want to try some heavy exercising. It's only a sleep disorder when you are totally exhausted and you still can't sleep.

Insomnia is caused by many things, computer use, video game use, Ehem, can't say this one, but you've been watching too much "stuff", or eating. Drink milk, eat peanut butter(if you're not allergic) and try not to do any of those things near 1 hour before bed time. I do it anyway, and just clear my mind.

finally i remember. when i used to have trouble getting to sleep i did this and was able to fall asleep anywhere. even outside when im not tired:
get comfortable, close your eyes and feel the bed push you up. then imagin a scene, like a beach, desert, forest, anyplace. there shouldnt be any movement in the picture. it should look as if youlooking at a picture. now look around the picture, then there will be a point where your eyes feel really relaxed or sleepy. keep looking at that part of the picture
then without moving your focus, get rid of the picture. put yourself in a dark place with black water, there is no light but you can still see yourself. there are no stats, nothing, just blackness you should be floating on something, like your bed. there is no land, just water.
feel the water rocking the bed just drifting around.
eventually youll wake up in the morning. hope this helps

*throws up* What if you're seasick? Lol, just kidding. I'll try that the next time I'm trying to get to sleep.
