I've been having dreams over the past couple months now where I've done various things, like figure out telekinesis, learn to teleport, and even flown the most. I know there's a way of flying using psionics, but I can't see myself doing that anytime soon. I even tried to teleport a few times, just by following what I did in my dream, and I got the technique right, but I don't have enough energy for it. As for telekinesis, I might figure it out soon enough.

I don't know if this will help you but, there are constructs that you can get more energy out of than you put in. This might help you get more energy.

No offense, but I doubt there are ways of flying or teleporting using psi. If anything, I'd say teleporting is more likely than flying however. To fly you need a lift or some other force to oppose gravity. I can't see psi supplying any substantial force that will oppose the massaive force of gravity. As for teleporting, scientists can do it to subatomic structures at random and teleport them at extremely small distances, but maybe psi could somehow tap into that power or find a wormhole or something along those lines. But I tend to doubt it.
But, doing that stuff in dreams and lucid dreams can feel just as real and as fun as it may in real life if possible, so I wouldn't stop doing it there.
As for TK, I'm not sure, but I'd keep trying in real life at it.
