I began recording all my dreams I had during the night in a notebook a couple weeks ago. At this point I could usually remember about 1 dream per night, sometimes not even. Lately now I can remember usually about three dreams every night. They also seem to be getting clearer, they still don't make much sense, but that's probably just my weird brain. Anyways, would this just be an effect of the writing down my dreams? This also happened when I started to practice Psi in general.

Well, my dreams have always been clear, and I when I started to write down, I had a few strange dreams during a few days later, and they were the clearest ever as can be.
So, maybe writing everything down =could= be the reason.

I'm usually able to recall at least two of my dreams every night, and I'm usually lucid in all of them. You'll get better with practice, and eventually you'll be able to go lucid in almost all of your dreams.

Yes, I actually had a lucid dream last night. It was strange though, because it all still felt very unconscious - aka dreamlike - at the same time. Is this normal?
