Hi I would just like to know what a these dreams mean: Quite some years ago (I think it was seven to nine) I had a re-occurring dream: I was being chased down a stone hallway by several creatures, I think they where a bit shorter than a person but they where mostly humanoid, and then the hallway opened into a chamber and on a balcony there was a pedestal with a sword in a stone, like king Arthur, the sword was very indistinct and I cant remember how it looked. That is about as far as my memory of the dream goes. I had that same at least twice, I am pretty sure though that I had it more though. But then just a few nights ago I dreamed that one of my friends was dead of a disease. Outside the hospital (I think it was a hospital) it was snowing, and there was the same sword lying in the snow. When I picked it up the and blade broke off. I cant remember much more of that dream. Well I am very curious about what these dreams mean. Thanks.

Monster Chase dreams seem to be quite common, especially in youngsters.
I'm not sure what kind of interpretation you'd like. There is of course the old fashioned way to do it where you look for metaphors and symbols. There's the Freudian approach, where you try to figure out how the dream relates to a given topic (Freud seemed to prefer childhood or sexuality). There's always the literal interpretation - treat it like a fictional story, and draw inferences from there, with very little to no inclinations towards the real world. I personally prefer this method, but it's probably the least "useful".

Ok I am really worried right now because it seems certain elements of dreams I have had have come true literally: I had a dream where a cut appeared on my hand and a few days later the I got same cut appeared, and the sword braking off in my hand (its complex). I am worried the part about my friend dying will come true I really don’t know what to do. I am not just trying to get attention; I really need help on what to do here.

If this is true, and there is a definite link, then I would consider it inevitable that your friend would die. Therefor, no matter how much help we try to provide you with, there's no denying the inevitable. So, as a result, the best you can wish for is hoping that your dream is wrong, or learning to cope with the consequences. Of course, some people will say "It's just a warning sign, you can change the future", but personally I think that's nonsense, because then anyone could go around making nonsense predictions like "the world is gonna end tomorrow, unless we do something" and not have to worry about the consequences. And then there's another thing - you can't really pick and choose parts of your dreams. I mean, sure there's an interesting cooincidence that you got a cut on your hand - but that's because you remember all the times it's right, and forget all the times its wrong. Like what about the creatures chasing you - I'm highly doubtful that that is going to come true.

I wouldn't worry about it if I was you. Dreams are, of course, (scientifically defined) creations of our subconscious. So, this might not be any more than your imagination.
However, there are parts of dreams that have links with reality, obviously displayed with the cut on your hand. But I'm not sure, even if your dreams are precogs, that something as dramatic as your friend dying would be likely to come true. I mean, you also dreamed about monsters chasing you, and that won't come true. I also have reoccuring dreams, sometimes with bad things happening (well, actually, never bad things, but bad atmospheres), and they seem very unlikely. I wouldn't worry about your friend, but I would be cautious about it, certainly.
