Spelling and grammar is really important to Karen and I, to this forum, and to the Psi World site.
Here is one of Jedi Karen's rules as well:
To say the least, don't write "you" or "please." No l33t language here. No internet lingo. If this was text messaging, I'd understand, I do it there to make it short and sweet. However on a forum, on any site, anything worth saying or asked, should be in proper spelling and as proper grammar as you can. I can understand if you misspell a word you don't use a lot, or the word separate, etc. I'm okay with using etc. there, since that's a hard word in itself. I'm okay with contractions as well. However, I cannot understand not capitalizing "I" or the first letter of a new sentence. I cannot understand run on sentences. Typos are understandable once in a while. Sometimes while I am chatting with others or even in posting, I don't reread and without realizing it, I have made a typo. Text messaging, instant messenger, that's all fine with such slang, as long as you don't do it with me if you do contact me by IM or some other person who's personal preference is to not use slang. That's all personal. But to make a point here, to look 'professional' or to have 'quality' or 'creditability' proper grammar and spelling is important. I've probably already mentioned this before, but it makes the site easier to read. So periods, capitalization, apostrophes in contractions, that's all very important here.
Important Notice:
I have another personal request. This is concerning recent posts in the Astral Projection board. Do some research yourself. I've provided you links to other sites, including Psi World's site on articles about the Astral Projection. It's up to you to read. However, in general, I would like all of you do to some research yourself. Read the articles on Psi World's site, or google it, or whatever search engine you use. If you can't find the information or what sites you have gone through doesn't provide you with the information you need, then make us a post. I'm tired of the "How do I astral project?" Or "What's the astral realm?" I don't mean to defer away from posts or active users, however, there have been many posts already on such subjects as well as there are many sites out there already providing the information.
We do have our own lives, Karen is in college. I have work, friends, school (including college level courses), as well as personal hobbies that I do. I only mentioned more about me because I can't speak for her. So please be patient if we, or the other staff do not reply, or even another member. Every member has their own life outside of the net.
So if your thread has no replies and it's a month later or so, then there are some reasonable actions to take. PM one of the staff or another member. Make a new thread or bump the one you created.
Thanks for you reading this and your consideration. It is much appreciated.

NO SLANG. It's really really really REALLY annoying to me. I will warn you once on your post and then take away karma points. You don't want that, trust me.

Here's how it works:
