The karma point system is a way to show good posters or bad posters. It works by someone exalting you with a karma point for a good post or if they like you. If you annoy someone or break a rule, then someone will smite, or take away, you of a karma point ( I certainly will if you are more than a month old to the site or have broken rules repeatedly). People with -3 karma points will receive a notice by a mod or me, warning them to clean up their act. If someone had a ton of karma points gone, please do not take any more if I had told you all to stop and told the person what they have done wrong. Giving me lots of karma points will not get you on my good side. Please only give karma points if I post a really good post. Also do not take karma points just because you broke a rule and I took a karma point from you. Please do not abuse this system.

Point system and stars with colors. Note these values will change as people gain most posts, but these titles mean really nothing. They were created for fun:
1500 posts: Psionic Ruler 5 gold stars
1000 posts: Psionic Master 4 gold stars
750 posts: Psionic Teacher 4 red stars
500 posts: Professional Psion 3 green stars
250 posts: Experienced Psion 2 blue stars
100 posts: Psion Explorer 1 blue star
50 posts: Amateur Psion 1 green star
20 posts: Psion 1 gold star
10 posts: Psionic Newbie no stars
0 posts: Lurker no stars

Go click on:
Profile at the top next to calendar and logout.
Then click on Modify Profile.
Note there are a lot of things you can do. Yes, you can change your name, but I ask that you don't do unless you have an extremely good reason. I also ask that you tell us what is your new name. There are 900 of you and that's a lot of names for me to remember. It gets really bad when you all change them on me and don't tell me.
Avatars
May of you ask how can you add your picture of whatever from your computer. You can't. You have to put the picture on something like photo bucket, or deviant art and then get the link from there to copy and paste "Avatar URL" Please note you can only have a 100 by 100 size picture.

this text will be shown below your avatar. Please keep it around 10 words or less.
Signature:
This is usually a saying or a picture that will show at the end of every post you make. Mine is "Bringing Light into Darkness"
Member Group: that is is "lurker", "psion" and so on mentioned in the post before.
Customary Title: This is a title that will be show below your screen name and you can pick anything you want.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time for any reason. You don't have to tell anyone if you don't want to, but if you have posted it, it would be nice. The member count will change will I do a recount of members.
